Agreement Renewal: The Agreement period will be for 11 months. If it needs to be renewed for a further period, the user has to pay a higher rent by 5% over the last rent paid.

We count rent from 15th onwards, not from 1st.
Q10) I agreed to join on 15th, but later I decided to come on 20th. In this case how rent is counted?
It will be counted from 15th onwards, Not from 20th.

4 Ways you can take Drinking Water.
- Delivered Directly to your Door Step: Some private water delivery services providers deliver 20 Ltr water can directly to your door step for an fee of around ₹40 to ₹50 per can. You can make use of this service.
- Filter Water Auto: Daily at 7:30 Am to 8:30 Am one filter water delivery auto will come near our area. You can take water from that auto as well. It cost around ₹10 per 20 Ltr can.
- Directly visit to Filter Unit: If you have your own vehicle you can directly visit near by water filter unit. Within 1 km distance few shops are there.
- Use Own Water Filter Unit: We provided a provision to setup your own water filter unit in the house. If you need convience above all, then you use this option.
Q12) How to dispose Garbage?
Every alternate day garbage pickup auto will come near our house between 7:45 am to 8:30 am. You can give your garbage to that pickup auto.
Q13) Do you lock gate at night time?
No. We don’t lock gate at night times. We don’t have any such restrictions.
Q14) Any Rules and Restrictions?
Here are the few important things you need to know:

Using the room as a hangout spot, loud talking, shouting, or frequent partying is strictly prohibited.
