My brother went to give a copy of the agreement to a tenant (an Acharya College student).
Like most agreements, our agreement also ends in 11 months.

He is tired of changing multiple times (he only told me). So he asked my brother if he could have more years mentioned in the agreement and if he could allow him to install the AC.
My brother said No to both requests. As mentioning more months in the agreement is a different process, and for installing AC, many modifications need to be made, which we don’t allow.
The student agreed and said he would look for alternative AC options.
Oh… For your information, we offer ceiling Fans in the Bedroom & Hall. This student wants even more comfort, so he asked if we allow it.
When searching for the property, search for the right property according to your requirements, not just a cheap rental unit. Clearly discuss your requirements with the owner, whether they allow it or not, or else you will waste your money every time you change the property.
Most students who come to our rental property stay until their education ends. Sometimes, they stay even after starting their job if they stay in Bangalore.
